Almost the end of June, and I haven't written much -- who cares?  (the 
Shadow do.) 
 
So let's see, my cousin Kelli (the older, married one -- I think the other 
one is just starting high school) had a 9+lb. son a couple of weeks ago. 
Yowza. 
 
Daisy, the old lady, died in an extremely abrupt manner.  Total system 
collapse, it seems -- why does it keep happening in Ma's bedroom?  Dixie, 
evidently glad to be rid of this puppy that had been stealing her 
limelight for 9 years, basks in the now unshared love.  Dogs can be 
terribly refreshing. 
 
Still unknown about my attempt to get an apt. in Queens.  At the very 
worst, I'll put my stuff in storage and live in the library for a little 
while.... 
 
I'm enjoying the wonders of X-Windows PhasePlane + Auto (the freeware 
known as xppaut) now that the messiness of inept X11 libraries.  Now all I 
need to figure out is how to do phase-resetting curves (infinitesimal or 
otherwise).   
 
It has been quite intermittently raining. 
 
Oh will I ever get relief?  Calgon take me away...
