Row, row, row your beef, gently in a pan,
mix it, mash it, stir it, bash it, drain it in a can.
I would go for a sauna, if I didn't already have one this morning, soaking
in the carcinogenous fumes of frying ground beef. Mmmm, mmmm, good. Some
thoughtful people also left their lasagna mess for us to clean up.
I found out today that the Cardinal is celebrating Mass in two weeks at
our church; Sister said that she wanted all the pretty young things to
dress up. Is there something that I haven't heard about yet.... hmmmm.
Educational weekend in many ways. The activity with the most economic
impact was the learning of various poker games. Commander is the most
insidious. It's a game where once you've gone a certain depth, you have
to keep matching the bets because you might just get to split the pot.
It's hard to tell if you're going to lose. Of course, I believe I won
well on that one, too. Still, it cost less than a movie and was twice as
long. Not bad.
Listening to Brad's tape; I am reminded of After the Birds. But at least
this one didn't start with "Suicide is Painless".
